Focus:
The main activities include preparation of thin foils from wide raneg of materials for transmission electron microscopy studies of microstructure, chemical and phase changes at atomic level.

The Center was founded by implementing the project “Research Centre for Advanced Materials and Technologies for Recent and Future Applications “PROMATECH” on the basis of the support from the Operational Program “Research and Development” financed through European Regional Development Fund.
